Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ainpulse ("Service", "we", "us", "our") at ainpulse.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using Ainpulse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Ainpulse is an automated anomaly monitoring service for marketing analytics data. The Service connects to your Google Analytics 4 properties, Google Ads accounts, and Meta Ads accounts via OAuth, continuously analyzes aggregated metrics, and sends notifications (email and/or Slack) when statistical anomalies are detected — including unusual drops or spikes in sessions, conversions, ad spend, traffic channel attribution, engagement, and revenue data.

Important limitation. Ainpulse is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee. Anomaly detection is based on statistical rules and historical baselines. The Service may not detect every anomaly, may produce false positives, and is not a substitute for your own review and judgment. We do not guarantee that all data issues will be identified or that alerts will be delivered within a specific time frame.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties or use automated methods to access the Service beyond normal use. Notify us immediately at admin@ainpulse.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

By connecting a Google Analytics 4 property, Google Ads account, Meta Ads account, or Slack workspace, you authorize Ainpulse to access data from that integration on your behalf for the purpose of anomaly detection. You represent that you have the right to authorize this access — either as the account owner or as an authorized user with appropriate permissions.

You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting an integration revokes our access to that data source. Ainpulse's use of data obtained through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Ainpulse is a paid service billed monthly per connected analytics property. The applicable plan for each GA4 property is determined by its 30-day active user count at the time of connection:

Volume discounts apply automatically to the total count of your billable properties: 5–19 properties (−10%), 20–99 properties (−20%), 100 or more properties (−50%). Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed on the first day of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at admin@ainpulse.com within 14 days of the charge.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: monitoring your own or your clients' authorized analytics properties for anomalies. You must not:

• Connect properties you do not have authorization to monitor
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the security of Ainpulse infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in bulk for resale
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Ainpulse and its licensors own all rights to the Service, its software, design, and branding. You retain full ownership of your analytics data. The right to use the Service is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, conditioned on your compliance with these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anomaly detection will identify every issue in your analytics data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ainpulse is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; or decisions made based on alerts or the absence of alerts.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three calendar months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, contact admin@ainpulse.com.
